Ranetta Ashcraft

Somewhere along the way…

You became
who everyone
else needed.

Perhaps it’s time to choose your own heartbeat.

Welcome.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Whether you arrived with a clear purpose or simply followed a quiet feeling that there might be something more, I’m grateful you listened.

Thank you for choosing to spend a little time with yourself today.

Take a breath. There’s nowhere to rush.

May I ask you something?

Have you ever noticed how easy it is to hear everyone else’s voice—and how difficult it can be to hear your own?

Maybe you’ve spent years caring for the people you love. Being dependable. Meeting expectations. Holding things together.

And somewhere in the middle of all of it, your own voice became quieter.

Not gone.

Simply harder to hear.

When was the last time you became curious about yourself?

Not who you’ve always been.
Not who others expect you to be.
The woman you are today.

Life has a way

of asking

new questions.

Curiosity is a gentle place to begin.

You don’t have to know exactly what needs to change.

You don’t need a perfectly formed plan.

Sometimes clarity begins by simply noticing what feels right—and what no longer does.

Think about the way you adjust the water in a bath.

Some days, you make it warmer.

Other days, cooler.

You don’t criticize yourself for needing something different. You notice, make an adjustment, and settle back in.

Your life deserves that same kindness.

You are allowed to reconsider.

To ask new questions.

To explore what you believe now.

To notice where another person’s expectations have shaped your choices.

To discover what feels true at this point in your life.

Perhaps today isn’t about finding every answer.

Perhaps it is simply about becoming curious enough to listen.

What might you hear if you gave your own voice a little more room?

What I believe…

Every woman already carries the wisdom she is searching for.

Life has a way of filling our minds with responsibilities, expectations, and the voices of others until our own becomes difficult to hear.

My role is not to tell you who you should become.

It is to create a space where you can slow down, become curious, and reconnect with the truth that has always belonged to you.

I believe you deserve a place where you can speak honestly, feel fully seen, and recognize yourself again.

Through meaningful conversation, thoughtful questions, and genuine curiosity, we explore what feels true for you—rather than what someone else believes your life should look like.

As you begin to trust yourself, your choices become more authentic.

Your relationships become clearer.

And your life begins to feel more like your own.

I don’t have your answers.

I help you hear your own.

A soft place to land…

You don’t have to explain yourself perfectly here.

You don’t have to arrive with the right words.

You don’t have to filter what you feel, make your story sound better, or have everything figured out before we begin.

You simply get to arrive as you are.

For most of my life, people have trusted me

with the things they rarely say aloud.

I listen beyond the words.

I notice the emotion underneath them, the patterns that keep repeating, and the parts of you that may have been quiet for a very long time.

I hold our conversations with warmth, but I also see clearly.

I will gently reflect what I notice—not to overwhelm you or tell you what to do, but to help you understand yourself more deeply.

This is a space where you can feel heard without performing.

Seen without having to earn it.

Supported without giving your authority away.

I am a soft place to land —

and a mirror that reflects truth.

Together, we make room

for you to hear yourself again.

There is no need to arrive with the right words.

There’s not perfect way to begin….

We begin where you are.

There are different ways we can sit together,

depending on what you need and where you are in your life.

You may be looking for a private space

to sort through something that has been weighing on you.

You may feel drawn to meaningful conversation

in a room with other women.

Or you may be a mother searching for support

as your daughter learns to understand and trust herself.

There are several ways we can continue the conversation.

Each offers a different kind of space, but they all begin with the same intention:

Helping you hear yourself more clearly.

  • One-to-One Coaching

A private space to slow down, speak honestly, and explore the questions that have been quietly asking for your attention.

Together, we notice the beliefs, patterns, relationships, and expectations shaping your life—and make room for choices that feel more authentically your own.

  • Women's Gatherings

Thoughtful gatherings for women who are ready for more honest, meaningful conversation.

A place to listen, share, reflect, and remember that you do not have to navigate every season of life alone.

  • For Mother's & Daughter's

A supportive space for young women and their mother as she begins learning to recognize her own voice, what she believes, and trusts what she feels.

This work supports the relationship between mother and daughter. It never replaces the mother’s role.

A little about Me:

I have always been someone people trusted with the things they found difficult to say aloud.

Even before I called this coaching, I noticed what lived beneath the words—the feelings someone was trying to understand, the patterns that kept repeating, and the quieter parts of a woman waiting to be heard.

Over time, I came to understand that my role was never to give someone the answers to her life.

It was to listen deeply.

To ask thoughtful questions.

To reflect what I could see.

And to create a space where she felt safe enough to hear herself more clearly.

I know that becoming more honest about who you are can change the way you see your life, your relationships, and the choices in front of you.

That kind of clarity can feel tender.

You do not have to find it alone.

I would be honored to sit beside you as you begin choosing what feels true for you.

You bring your story.

I’ll bring my full attention.

Questions Women Often Ask:

Before You Go…

Whatever this conversation has stirred within you, try not to rush past it.

Sit with it.

Become curious.

Listen for your own voice.

If something within you is quietly saying that it is time to continue the conversation, I would be honored to hear from you.

And if today is simply a day to pause and reflect, that is enough too.

The door remains open.

Choose your own heartbeat.

You do not have to know exactly what to say.
