Hi!

I’m Ranetta!

Transformational Coach

Modern Day Crone

…AND a fierce believer in the magic of girls becoming women who know their worth.

I’m not your average coach.

I don’t come with a clipboard and surface-level pep talks.

I come with soul, with depth, with decades of hard-won wisdom and a deep devotion to helping girls find and hear their own voice-loud and clear-

I’m the woman in your daughter’s corner when she’s questioning herself, shrinking back, or blending in when who she is was born to stand out.

I’ve lived the silence.
I’ve carried the weight of being a good girl in a house full of pain.

And I’ve done the deep, gritty work of rising into the woman—and guide—I was always meant to be.

Raised by a narcissistic, bipolar mother and an emotionally distant father, I learned early how to survive... and much later, how to heal. I’ve peeled back the layers, reclaimed the parts of me I was told were too much, and built a life that’s rooted in love, presence, and unshakable truth.

Today, I’m a wife to the kindest man I know, a proud mom to two powerful adult children, and a Grammy to four fierce and beautiful girls. They remind me daily why this work matters—why creating a softer, wiser world for our girls is the legacy I’m here to leave.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me savoring small joys: a slow cup of coffee, a quiet walk through the trees, or a hidden café that tells its stories in spice and steam. I’m drawn to what’s real, what’s honest, what’s felt.

And that’s what I offer your daughter—an honest, soulful space to be herself.

No performance. No pressure. Just a steady hand and a sacred space to help her navigate who she’s becoming.

In a world that’s constantly shouting at girls to be something other than themselves, I teach them how to listen in. To trust their own rhythm. To rise with resilience, confidence, and self-love that doesn’t crumble when things get hard.

If you’re longing for a space where your daughter can let down her guard, breathe a little deeper, and remember who she truly is—
I would be honored to walk beside her.

Let’s help her grow, not just older, but wiser!
